Heating: Microwave only, never a gas or electric oven. Place the mask in a clean microwave with a mug of water beside it, and make sure it can rotate freely. Heat for 45 seconds, then test it against your hand. If you want it warmer, add 30-second bursts until it feels right. Always test the temperature before applying to skin.
Cooling: Place the mask inside a clean plastic bag and refrigerate or freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove from the bag and apply directly to skin. The flaxseed fill cools comfortably without becoming rock hard.
Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water — the flaxseed inner can’t be washed.
If your mask becomes wet, dry it immediately. A dehumidifier works best, or allow it to air dry fully in the sun. Do not microwave the mask if it is damp or wet.

How the Mask Supports Better Sleep
Sleep happens when the body receives the right signals.
Total Darkness
Light exposure can suppress melatonin, the hormone that signals sleep, and eyelids alone allow light to pass through. The fully blackout fit blocks light completely, so nothing interrupts the signal to sleep.
Gentle Weighted Pressure

I purchased the wool mask and the weighted mask...I like them both and it just depends on how I feel as to which one I choose. I do particularly love the weighted mask some nights. And then came along 'do not disturb ' this is a lovely mask, though not as black-out as the weighted one.
I have loved the response and interaction with the staff and their dealing with an Issue I had.

Fantastic product but delivery was ridiculously slow, almost 2 weeks to arrive (inside new zealand door to door), would be great if there was an option for fast courier, but id still have to say well worth the wait

He loves the lavender smell and the weighted sensation . The only thing I would ask, would be if we could please make a kids size as it does slip off his face very easily as it’s an adults size.

Got the weighted sleep mask and the dream spray, both are lovely. I use them before bed when I do my yoga nidra and they really help me to settle in and get my zen on. Hey. I like the mask but don’t think it’s worth the price. I had purchased this as a gift for my daughter and thought to get one for myself. Was disappointed as was expecting for $75 something more than a weighted, lavender infused wheat like sack.

Not only does the Do Not Disturb eye pad create a time for relaxing and sleeping better but my old eyes see better because the warm pad releases fluid that stops dry eyes.
Super comfortable and calming feel. Love how it's made in NZ, can be heated or cooled.
Keep mine in the freezer. It's nice and cold but runs out of coldness fast. Fir headaches I need cold for a long time, this doesn't do it for me unfortunately

I purchased a weighted mask to try it out as I suffer crippling migraines on a regular basis. The gentle weight on my check bones and eyes is so relaxing and comforting plus the total blocking of light. I can honestly say I had the most relaxing sleep. After purchasing a weighted mask from elsewhere that had the strongest odour and was way too heavy. But I’m grateful to them as that helped me to search better and find this lovely company. I have the weighted eye mask that has a gentle and natural scent of lavender, the weight is also quite gentle but just right and the other thoughtful ingredients and service are also just right :)
I work as a nurse and have to do my fair share of night shifts. Sleeping in the day time is never fun, just not natural. Until my daughter in law put me into your masks the light was never able to be kept out of my eyes. My new mask doesn't let any light in at all and it's so comfortable. This is my second weighted sleep mask from you, they’re just so good. A little constructive feedback on this new one, the design is different from my original - slightly too much filling and the back elastic strap is very tight (my head is normal size), and the black linen is slightly scratchy on my skin…not as soft as the original. The feeling it’s overfilled might go away if the strap was slightly looser. Still, I love and it’s already been hi-jacked by my daughter. Thanks for making beautiful products.

It sounds like we might have cut the elastic shorter than the pattern and I will reach out to you directly to resolve this issue.
The new design has the same fill weight as the original, so it will most likely be the 'tight fit' which is making it feel too heavy. With the 'slightly scratchy' linen we believe this will rectify itself with use, or you could accelerate softening it by rubbing it. We choose to use a 100% natural linen for these masks, but with anything that is 100% natural there are variances between batches/crops.

I think this is a great product. The only two complaints I have are it's not one size fits all. It's not wide enough for my big head. And it's taller than the picture. So instead of going to the top of my cheekbones and the bridge of my nose, it goes to the tip of my nose and above my eyebrows. So it doesn't really fit that well. Smells great. Looks great.
