Every sleep essential we sell comes with a 30-night risk-free trial.
Here's how it works:

Sleep On It: From the day your order is delivered, you have 30 nights to use and love your new essential.

Test the Promise: Put it through its paces! If your essential hasn't delivered on our promise - if you're not loving your sleep and waking up feeling happier - we haven't done our job.

Get a Full Refund: Simply contact us before the 30-night period ends, return your item to our workroom and we will process a full refund to your original payment method. No complications. No restocking fees.
Important Terms & Conditions (The Friendly Fine Print)
To keep our promise simple and fair, please note the following:
1. Eligibility

The 30-Night Trial applies only to your first purchase of any specific product type (e.g., your first pillow, first duvet, first sleep mask). This allows you to truly test the fit and feel risk-free.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and the original method of payment.

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from us.
2. Returns Process

Initiate the Return: To start a return, simply email us at support@donotdisturbsleep.com with your original Order Number and a quick note confirming that the product did not deliver on your "Love Your Sleep" promise.

Return Shipping: We will send you instructions for returning the item. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Packaging: Please ensure the product is packaged securely. It does not need to be in the original shipping box, but it must be protected for transit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your essential arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, separate from the 30-Night Trial.
4. Exclusions

Home & Living or Clearance items are not eligible for the 30-Night Trial and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
