Shipping policy
We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally using Aramex, NZ Post, DHL, FedEx, and other specialist freight partners as needed. All deliveries will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. If you are unable to select your country at checkout please email us at support@kindface.co.nz. For New Zealand, Australia and the USA taxes and duties are included in the purchase price. For the Rest Of The World, you may incur duties, clearance fees or local taxes. We do not cover these charges and are not liable for any fees incurred. For more information, we recommend consulting your local customs agent.
Shipping cost is calculated at the CHECKOUT, based on your address and what is in your cart.

We expect Auckland deliveries to be delivered overnight and the rest of the North Island within 1 - 2 days and South Island 2 - 3 days. Rural deliveries should add an additional 1 - 3 days.

Standard Airfreight costs range between NZD $20.00 and NZD $65.00, depending on the weight of your order.
