The mist is fine and dries quickly. We use it on our own linens every night, but if you have a very delicate vintage silk, it's always worth doing a small patch test first.
Yes. Our Sleep Mist is handcrafted using pure, natural essential oils - never synthetic "fragrance" or harsh chemicals. We have specifically chosen botanicals like NZ Lavender and Chamomile that are widely considered safe for a home environment with cats and dogs. As our mist is designed for linens rather than direct contact, it provides a gentle, calming atmosphere for the whole family. We simply recommend misting your bedding a few minutes before the "pack" settles in for the night, so the aroma can softly diffuse.
We use high-potency essential oils and house them in a UV-protective black glass bottle. This specialised glass blocks harmful light rays to preserve the bio-active properties of the botanicals, ensuring your last spray is as potent as your first. Once misted, the subtle, calming notes of Cedarwood and Jasmine are designed to linger through your initial sleep cycles, helping you stay in a restful state without being overpowering.
Of course. The Weighted Eye Mask does have dried lavender inside, but misting your pillow or the mask itself is a great way to combine the additional chamomile, jasmine and cedarwood scent with the gentle weight of the mask.
If you’re using 2 or 3 sprays a night, a 100ml bottle should last you around 3 to 4 months.
