Custom fit, just knot it. Heads come in all shapes and sizes, so we keep it simple and hardware-free. The twin-strap elastic ties to your exact comfort. Too loose? Tie a new knot where it feels right and snip off the excess.
The straps can be replaced. Most sleep masks become landfill the moment the elastic stretches out. Thanks to the side channel design, you can thread a fresh piece of elastic through the side seams whenever you need to.

- 200gsm Wisewool™ needle-punched blanketing, New Zealand strong wool. This is the hidden core.
- 300TC 100% organic cotton lining, sitting between the linen and the wool so no fibres work their way through.
- Organic cotton and rubber elastic straps.

Yes, you can wash it. Linen is one of the very few fibres that is stronger wet than dry. The wool core is the opposite, and it will felt if you combine heat with agitation. So the rules below exist to protect the wool, not the linen.
Gentle hand wash in cold water using a delicate or wool-specific detergent. No machine, no tumble dryer, no bleach. Dry flat in the shade, smoothing the mask out while it is still damp so it looks its best when dry. Low heat iron with a barrier cloth if you need to, 110°c maximum.
Between washes, air it. Wool takes up odour compounds and holds them in the fibre rather than releasing them back into the air, which is why wool needs airing more than it needs washing. A few hours in the shade does more than you would think.
Storing it. Keep it loose in its pouch rather than folded along the same crease every night. Linen is strong, but it does not love being folded in the same place a thousand times.

Grown on the East Coast
Our wool comes from a select few farms across the Gisborne region, raised outdoors in one of the best wool climates in the world. Every batch is tested at an independent lab. Only wool that makes the grade goes any further.
Engineered by Wisewool
The wool is scoured at WoolWorks in Napier, one of the world's most advanced scouring plants. It is independently tested by the New Zealand Wool Testing Authority and comes back with a nil-detected chemical and pesticide residue profile. Then to Te Poi in the Waikato, where Wisewool mechanically engineers it into a resilient layer. No binders. No additives. Just wool.

Turkish stonewashed linen is exceptionally breathable, and it moves moisture away from your skin rather than holding it there. The Wisewool™ core is hygroscopic, which means it takes up moisture from the air against your face and holds it inside the fibre without the fabric feeling damp. Linen is one of the very few fibres that is stronger wet than dry, which is why this mask washes when most premium sleep masks are spot clean only or too delicate to touch. Cold water, gentle hands, dry flat in the shade. Those rules are there to protect the wool core.

No, and we are not going to promise it. Heads are different shapes, and a flat mask that seals perfectly on everyone does not exist. What it does is block light very well, and the twin-strap design lets you position and tension it to your own face rather than to an average one.
