Buddy: 110cm x 31cm, around 14cm high when filled, 2000g of wool. A lighter wraparound companion.
Body: 155cm x 38cm, around 15cm high when filled, 3000g of wool. Full head-to-knee support.
Firmness: Medium to firm, and fully adjustable. Remove wool for a softer, lower feel or add more for extra support, then shake and fluff to rebalance. Top up any time with a wool refill.

Every pillow ships in a calico cotton carry bag we make in-house. Save $10 at checkout if you do not need the bag.
Do not machine wash the whole pillow. Unzip and remove the wool fill, then wash the cotton cover as you would any white cotton laundry. Cold water avoids shrinkage.
While the wool is out, let it breathe in the sun. Sunlight naturally deodorises, freshens and renews wool. If it needs more, gently hand wash the wool in warm water with wool detergent and let it drip dry.
You may notice traces of natural vegetable matter such as grass, straw or thistle in the wool. Some makes it through the double-scouring wash. It softens with use and is a sign of how pure and natural Wisewool™ is.
Keep your pillow protected with a cover made in our workroom to fit exactly. Choose between a 300TC cotton percale or a stonewashed Turkish linen in a choice of colours.

Our wool comes from a select few farms across the Gisborne region, raised outdoors in one of the best wool climates in the world. Every batch is tested at an independent lab. Only wool that makes the grade goes any further.
Engineered by Wisewool
The wool is scoured at WoolWorks in Napier, one of the world's most advanced scouring plants. It comes out clean, fibre intact, no chemical residues. Then to Te Poi in the Waikato, where it's mechanically engineered into a high-loft fill. No binders. No additives. Just wool.

No smell is expected. The wool is double-scoured and sits inside a cotton cover, so there is nothing to notice. At most you may catch a faint trace of lanolin when the pillow is new, which proves the wool has not been chemically treated. Fresh air and sunshine clear it quickly.
