The soft, premium duck down provides instant comfort, while the slightly firmer duck feather and the structural Wisewool™ layers work together to provide lasting neck and shoulder support. Please Note: The feather & down inner (supplied by our Waikato friends, Feathers & Co) is not adjustable, unlike our Super Soft, Air Support, and Wisewool Cloud pillows. We describe the height and feel of this pillow as full, soft and supportive.

We make the pillows in our Auckland workroom from these local and imported materials:
- 200gsm Wisewool 'Blanketing' - made from premium wool sourced from farms in the Gisborne region
- 300TC 100% Cotton Percale - Quilted Cover
- Feathers & Co supplied pillow inner made from tightly woven 100% cotton and 70& white duck feathers + 30% white duck down
- YKK zip
- Spun Polyester Thread
- Woven Damansk and Recylcled Polyester Labels
- Calico Cotton - Carry Bag (we make these in-house) *save $10 if you don't need any more packaging in your life :)
Pure wool does not like being roughed up or heated when wet.
We advise regular airing to reduce washing intervals.
If you do wish to wash the pillow, you can.
First, remove the inner pillow, which is dry clean only.
The 'Pillow Duvet' is machine washable in a front loader (or top loader with no agitator) using COLD WATER and a delicate or wool cycle with wool detergent.
Best to dry naturally, and finish off in tumble dry with no heat, if needed.
Can be ironed at a warm temperature. We recommend stretching the fibres as you iron which will help combat any shrinkage.
NOTE: You might finds traces of 'vegetable matter' such as grass/straw/thistle embedded in the Wisewool. Some do make their way through the double-scouring (washing) process, but they should soften and not feel prickly. We think they are a reminder of how pure and natural the Wisewool is 💚

You might notice a ‘farm scent’, but this proves the wool, feathers and down are as pure as possible and haven't been chemically (mis)treated – don’t worry, they have been washed thoroughly.
