Felted Lambswool CoverDO NOT machine wash the cushion cover. We recommend regular airing to reduce washing intervals.
You can hand wash with COLD water and wool detergent, then rinse well.
For drying, lay flat and press down with a dry towel to remove excess water. Stretch the cover to retain shape then let air dry
Cloud Wool InnerDO NOT machine wash the cushion inner.
We recommend removing the wool fill and washing the Japara Cotton cover as you would with any other white, cotton laundry. Washing in cold water will ensure no shrinkage.
Whilst the wool is out of the cover, take advantage of letting it breath and catching some sun. Wool loves the sun as much as it loves the fresh NZ air. The rays will naturally deodorize, disinfect, and renew your bedding.
Alternatively, you can gently hand wash the wool in warm water with a wool detergent and let drip dry.
Fluffing Give the cushion a good shake and fluff up to rebalance and renergise the fill.
Note:You might finds traces of 'vegetable matter' such as grass/straw/thistle embedded in the Wisewool Cloud wool fill. Some do make their way through the double-scouring (washing) process, but they should soften and not feel prickly. We think they are a reminder of how pure and natural the Wisewool is 💚

We offer 7 standard size options for you to choose from. As we make the cushions to order it does mean we can make other sizes and shapes to suit your needs - if this is of interest to you send us a message.
Firmness guide
We include an inner which is one size up from the cover size to ensure a full fit - which delivers a medium to firm feel.
Remember, you can easily adjust the comfort level by removing oradding Wisewool Cloud fill.
