Kind Face has a new name: Welcome to Do Not Disturb

If you’re landing here with a Kind Face product in your hand, I want to personally welcome you home.

In May 2025, we officially rebranded as Do Not Disturb Sleep Company. While our name has changed, our heart remains exactly the same. We are still the same small team of New Zealand craftspeople, still operating from our Auckland workroom, and still obsessed with using the finest natural materials - like Wisewool™ and premium cotton - to help you rest better.

— Chris & the Team

Why the change?

When we started this journey in 2020, we were in a very different world. We launched with sustainable face masks — literally putting a 'kind face' on a difficult time. But, we realised our true calling wasn't just masks; it was the pursuit of restorative, natural sleep.

We grew from a small idea into a community of thousands who swear by our weighted eye masks and wool pillows. As our focus shifted entirely toward the science of rest, using the best of nature for materials, we realised we needed a name that reflected that sanctuary we were building for you.

Same Quality, Same Values

The name on the label has changed, but the hands making your products haven’t. We still use the same traceable Wisewool™, the same organic cotton, and the same 'Mum Test' for every item that leaves our doors.

100% NZ Made: Still handcrafted in our own NZ-based workroom.

  • Traceable & Safe: All components remain OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
  • Natural Materials: A continued focus on New Zealand wool and sustainable fibres.

We're pretty confident you will love Do Not Disturb, if you don’t, email our 'Chief Dream Office' & Founder - Chris - at chris@donotdisturbsleep.com and tell him he’s let himself down.
